Irrigation system built in Lower Owens River, Aberdeen, California with Spillgates, Water Gates, and pump stations of concrete canals system in 2006. Thousands of cubic yards of concrete are exposed to the sun heat over 100 F required tons of isolating membranes.

Companies "KALMATRON Corporation" and "Shotcrete Technologies" provided concrete mix design with KALMATRON® KF-A applied by shotcrete robotic equipment.
Mix design eliminated the  need for workability enhancers, curing supplements, strength and density gainers, micro-pore blockers,  fibers,  hydro-vapor isolations, and antidecay devices.

Practical advantages of no needs in concrete curing and isolating membranes brings a new economical concept, where KALMATRON® KF-A reduces the cost per square foot of concrete up to 2 times. Our clients from LA W&PD say: ”We can not afford to work without KALMATRON®.”

CONVENTIONAL CONCRETE MIX
CONVERTED BY KALMATRON® KF-A TO HYDRO TECHNICAL CONCRETE

Inventions of the 21-st Century
Application by Robotic Arm saves men hours and material loss. KALMATRON® admixture
provided impermeable, non-shrinking, and no curing after application concrete for whole irrigation system.
No bleeding water onto freshly applied shotcrete with W/C= .42
Water Gate Concrete with KF-A has no sliding and shrinkage cracks.
